Partner Michael J. Sacopulos has been General Counsel for both Medical Justice and Dental Justice since the inception of these organizations. In his role as General Counsel, Michael frequently consults with healthcare providers across the nation. He is also a speaker at national continuing education events for both medical and legal professionals.

Michael J. Sacopulos, a Terre Haute native, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College, completed graduate work in the field of Economic History at the London School of Economics, and holds an Honor Degree from Indiana University Law School – Indianapolis.
Peter Yelkovac, Peter earned his Master of Law in 2010, at the University of Cambridge, in the United Kingdom and his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1994, at the Valparaiso University Law School , Summa Cum Laude.
Gregory S. Carter, a Terre Haute native, graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors in Arts and Sciences with a Major in Government, and holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington.
